Savi Named as an Innovation Leader in Machine-to-Machine Communications and Connected Devices

ALEXANXDRIA, Va. – Oct. 14, 2010 – Savi Technology, a Lockheed Martin [NYSE: LMT] company and leader in wireless solutions that manage smart assets, has been named by Connected World magazine to its CW 100 list as one of the world’s most “innovative technology providers of M2M (machine-to-machine) and connected devices.” 

This is the seventh consecutive year in which a magazine from Specialty Publishing Co., the publisher of Connected World, has named Savi as one of the top 100 innovators of M2M and connected devices technology.  Selected by the magazine’s editors, the CW 100 “represents the top companies demonstrating market traction and pursuing game-changing technologies in connectivity . . . the list provides a guide to the companies making a difference in connected devices and M2M.” (more…)

At its 64^th annual forum and expo, NDTA recognized Savi and 29 other companies with Corporate Distinguished Service Awards for their “significant contributions in the areas of logistics, transportation and Association leadership.”  In 2003, Savi also became the first technology company bestowed with NDTA’s “National Transportation Award.” (more…)
